Tour description
Our meeting point is at 09:45 at the Patscherkofelbahn valley station in Igls. After a short welcome, we take the cable car to the mountain station beside the traditional Patscherkofel-Schutzhaus. From here, we begin our circular hike on the scenic Zirbenweg towards Alpengasthaus Boscheben. We then leave the well-known Zirbenweg and follow the ridge towards the summit before heading south into the quiet Tuxer Alpen. As we continue around the mountain, the views gradually open up towards Wipptal and Stubaital, with distinctive peaks such as Serles, Habicht and the Stubai glacier mountains. Our route around Innsbruck’s local mountain slowly leads us back towards the starting point, offering more unforgettable views of Innsbruck and the Inntal.
