Tour description
Our meeting point is at 09:45 at the well-known Seekirchlein in Seefeld. After a brief welcome and the obligatory bike check, we head straight into the Tirol landscape and soon reach idyllic Wildmoos with its small lake and wetlands. We continue through sunlit deciduous and mixed forests to Katzenkopf, where the impressive peaks of the Wettersteingebirge rise directly ahead of us. Depending on preference, we ride by trail or forest road into Leutasch and follow the crystal-clear Leutascher Ache for a while before wide fields and ancient forests reveal our first sweeping view down into the Inntal. One highlight now follows another – the periodically appearing Lottensee and Wildmoossee; panoramic Brunstkopf; the wild and romantic Möserer See; Friedensglocke with its incredible view into the Inntal; Gschwandtkopf as a superb lookout point and finally the popular Wildsee.
