Course description
We meet at Mutterer Alm Bahn. For the 3-hour session, we arrange the start time with you personally – either in the morning or afternoon. The 5-hour session begins at 09:00; after the morning block until 12:00 and a one-hour lunch break, training continues from 13:00 to 15:00.
During the mandatory bike check at the start, we review your suspension settings and other parameters such as cockpit setup – including handlebar position and brake-lever adjustment – as well as tyre pressure, saddle position and more.
The rest of the coaching is tailored entirely to your wishes and expectations. We discuss what you want to achieve and use focused exercises to help you make the best possible progress, either in the practice area or directly on the trail, depending on your needs.
